Purchase the properties from the discounted price, pay in instalments and resell (during the development, completion or after) in order to make a profit. toprak construction assists the property investors as consultants and marketing managers for their investments and, if requested, transfer their earnings to the next toprak construction project. For the investors in a total block of apartments (20+) a discount rate can be discussed.

For off-plan investors: (1 property)

Purchase the properties at the very early stage and be among the first buyers to receive the declared discount and choice of the best properties.
